Gerbou Restaurant, in collaboration with the owners of the restaurant Tashkeel art and design studios, is seeking a Master Pastry and Bakery Chef whose expertise lies in both the precision of Michelin-level flavor construction and the artistry of conceptual dessert design. This is a rare opportunity to fuse haute patisserie with contemporary art, curating a sensory experience that celebrates both visual and gustatory storytelling. Every 6-8 weeks, with each new exhibition at the neighboring Tashkeel Gallery, the master pastry chef will design and develop the recipie for a one-of-a-kind plated dessert that interprets the artist’s body of work. The creation will be more than a dish; it will be a narrative on a plate, inviting guests to taste the essence of the exhibition, drawing upon the artist’s origin, materiality, and message.
